Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices listed on Seller’s price list or website are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise announced in writing by Seller, or upon notice from Seller to Buyer, prices for Products specified by Seller in a formal quote shall remain in effect for a period of 30 days from the date such prices are quoted by Seller in writing. After the aforementioned 30-day period has expired, all prices for products are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, insurance, or installation charges.
Sales and Taxes
All applicable taxes will be added to specified price and paid by the Buyer. Upon receipt of a resale certificate, the Buyer will be exempt from sales tax. All orders being shipped outside of New York State will be exempt from sales tax.
Payments and Lead Time
Seller requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of total purchase price. Lead times begin with receipt of deposit. After 5 business days upon receipt of deposit, the deposit will be non-refundable. When the order is complete, Seller will send a notification to Buyer which will include an invoice noting balance of the purchase price due upon receipt, and, Buyer shall promptly remit payment of the purchase price balance to Seller. Orders will ship when invoice is paid in full. For all orders completed and not approved for release within two weeks of estimated completion date, a $250/ week storage-fee will apply.
Custom Projects
Size of most furniture pieces can be customized with no additional custom fee. Custom orders that require additional structural drawings or exceed certain size restrictions will have a 15% custom fee added to the total purchase price. Custom finishes will have a separate 15% fee added to the total purchase price.
Rush Fee
Orders can be rushed for 20% fee added to the total purchase price.
Customers Own Materials (COM)
Production will not begin on any products requiring any type of material by the Buyer until all the materials for the Product ordered have arrived. Seller shall not be responsible for any markings on materials that may be visible on upholstered goods or other products. No excess or off-cut fabrics will be returned to the Buyer.
Shipping
All products are shipped by white glove furniture handlers, either by Seller or select shipping partners. Shipping quotes vary by size and cost of each product. Seller and applicable shipping partners insure all items in transit. If a product arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Seller will pay for return shipping costs for all valid claims.
Returns
Seller does not offer refunds and does not accept returns. If Buyer receives a defective product, than a claim shall be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Seller will pay for return shipping costs and fix any defect for no additional fee to Buyer.
